These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Goodman Lemon Law, also known as The Law Offices of Michael J. Goodman, PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
We send text messages to clients and prospective clients who have asked to hear from us. Messages relate to your inquiry or legal matter and may include:
- Consultation and appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages about your inquiry
- Case status updates and scheduling
- Requests for documents or information needed for your case
Example message: “Hello, this is Goodman Lemon Law confirming your consultation with Michael Goodman on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
Text messages are for scheduling and case communication only. They are not legal advice and do not by themselves create an attorney-client relationship.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from us by submitting an online form on goodmanlemonlaw.com and checking the box that gives your consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring our firm or receiving any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your consultation, appointments, or case status.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. These rates may differ for domestic and international messages. Goodman Lemon Law does not charge you to send or receive text messages.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also opt out by calling our office at 480-923-2108 and asking to be removed from our messaging list. To opt back in, submit a new online form with the text message consent box checked.

Privacy
